Do you often feel stuck, worried or feel that you aren't enough? My specialty is helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and grief gain get a deeper understanding of who they are and what they need to feel whole again. I believe that true healing only happens when you address the roots of your problems. I will be beside you every step of the way as we explore your past experiences and how they impact your life today. You will learn how to navigate through your emotions, prioritize taking care of yourself and learn plenty of tools to make the changes you want to readily see in your life.

I offer telehealth counseling sessions to anyone in the state of Texas and Colorado. I am Bilingual in English and Spanish, much gusto! Additionally, I offer immigration evaluations for I-601 Waiver, U-Visa, Political Asylum, VAWA cases.

My passion is to walk alongside my clients through difficult moments and emotional pain to build their inner strengths and create the life they desire. Together, we will create a plan to achieve your goals through weekly counseling sessions. I'm looking forward to working with you!
