I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children and families in various clinical and educational settings. I work primarily with young children (under age 13) and adults. I take a holistic approach to therapy and incorporate all aspects of life, not just the areas you are struggling with, to improve emotional well being. I specialize in working with separation and divorce issues and have worked as a Guardian Ad Litem.
I work with clients to develop and learn parenting skills, relaxation techniques, emotional regulation and executive functioning skills. As part of my holistic approach I will collaborate with other agencies, such as school or community personnel, to ensure consistency and comprehensive treatment.
My current availability is Monday through Thursday 10-1, this will be my availability through June 2024
