I have been working in the mental health field for over 30 years, the last 20 being in private practice. Sometimes it helps to have a place to put your stress and feelings so you can release them and take a break from them. I offer a safe space to explore and process your feelings. I teach coping strategies, or reinforce the ones you already use.
I help clients manage and cope with their stress, anxiety or depression. For children, I use play therapy as talk therapy alone can be challenging and overwhelming and play helps kids communicate at their level and helps me see them without a guard up.
