I work extensively with healthcare professionals and other therapists. I currently have a few openings for some additional individuals 17+, couples, and families. I utilize DBT, CBT, and various other modules to assist every client. I have over 25 years of experience assisting adults just like you. I've been an Adolescent, Adult, Couples therapist for over 25 years. Prior to private practice, I worked in numerous settings: community agencies, a juvenile detention center, and inpatient and outpatient hospital departments. I also have a strong practice in relationship issues, fertility issues, depression and anxiety. I am trained in both DBT & CBT.
Coming from a strength based approach we find how to build upon what already works and learn skills/tools that will help you reach balance in all aspects of your life. My goal is to get you out of therapy as soon as it safely possible. That said - you choose what issues you wish to work on and we take a journey together that will positively impact your life.
