Hello, my name is Jennifer Escalera, LCSW! I have been working in the mental health field since 1998 and I've been a licensed clinical social worker since 2008. My approach to therapy is psychospiritual and holistic. I help clients explore the root causes of their struggles by helping you access insight through a mind-body, and spirit approach so that you can improve your self-care, relationships, work-life balance, and heal from past traumas.
My approach in therapy is client-centered through mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and providing a non-judgmental and safe space to explore uncomfortable feelings in order to help you release what is holding you back from reaching your goals or overall well-being.
I've also had a passion for helping others. I enjoy helping people grow and feel better. I have also experienced being a client and seeking therapists and other healing modalities to heal my own childhood traumas, stress, healing from toxic relationships, and self-confidence.
