I am the current Executive Director of a nonprofit transitional housing program for homeless women and babies. I have served this population for over 15 years, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I graduated with my MSW in 2003 and became an LCSW in 2021. I am currently working on my Doctorate in Social Work degree. My specialty is working with youth and young adults; however, I have experience with various mental health issues for all ages. I have experience with CBT & grounding for trauma. I am proficient in knowing all therapeutic approaches depending on the nature of the concern.
I specialize in a variety of topics. This includes relationship therapy, children and youth, PTSD, anxiety, and depression support.
