Applying Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (research-based approach: iceeft.com), I collaborate with all couples (both heterosexual and same sex couples) to reverse negative cycles and find and strengthen your attachment bond. Couples therapy can often help whether you're wanting to start off together on solid footing or have been long caught in conflict or distant, parallel lives, yearning to find a way out of a downward spiral to connection again. In the process of our work, issues such as recent or past affairs, unresolved loss or trauma, medical, emotional or other challenges may come to be met together.
In individual therapy, through guided focusing, we explore together your strengths, clarify your goals, and explore options for reaching them. We explore your mind and body wisdom often hidden within, beneath anxiety, uncertainty, overwhelm, depression, unresolved grief or past trauma that seem to block your path.
