Welcome to DeNovo Counseling and Wellness, LLC, where a new beginning is just around the corner. Life can be full of many challenges, uncertainties, and scariness these days. Finding a way to weather the storm with peace and contentment has been my life's work for the past 17 years. I specialize in treating trauma and Reactive Attachment Disorder. Other interests include depression, anxiety, PTSD, and family issues. By fostering a strong relationship together, I work with you and alongside you to heal old wounds.
Using an individualized approach, I weave elements of talking therapy, EMDR, internal family systems, body-based interventions, and non-traditional modes such as yoga, breathing and mindfulness. I am passionate about building strong families, strengthening relationships and connections, and raising resilient children and individuals.
