Realistically speaking, life is not easy. This is especially true in the difficult times we are living in today, and is often compounded by the effects of trauma, grief, symptoms of anxiety or depression, and/or addiction. And reaching out for help once we realize we need it can be one of the toughest things to do. I am so proud of you for making this important step! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who prides myself on meeting each client where they are with a casual, trauma informed, and individualized approach to therapy. I specialize in trauma, substance abuse/addiction, and dual diagnosis related concerns.
Incorporating evidenced-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Polyvagal informed techniques I work with adult clients to combat symptoms and triggers related to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns like stress and dysregulation.
I have immediate openings for virtual telehealth appointments, and a limited number of in person appointments available. To accommodate busy schedules I am available for appointments on Saturdays and some evenings.
