I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field, receiving training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an evidence-based treatment that rapidly moves clients from beyond feeling stuck and into a place of positive change. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prepare/Enrich, and Gottman Couples Therapy, based on over 40 years of marital research.
