When people experience disruptions in attachment relationships it can make it difficult to live a fulfilling life that is not weighed down by a feeling of emptiness or thoughts of unworthiness. These unresolved traumas tend to show up in our life in the form of depression, anxiety, addictions and somatic issues.
I work from a psychoanalytic and psychodynamic background where we explore early attachment relationships and use insight to create change. I offer empathy and compassion in a safe environment that allows people to get in touch with their emotional pain and not avoid it.
