I utilize a holistic approach to therapy that partners with clients to develop a personalized path to healing and resilience. My practice is a blend of talk therapy and Eastern Philosophy that builds upon people's strengths, to help them become active agents for their own health. I utilize principles and practices from qi gong, tai chi, yoga, and somatic methods - Emotional Freedom Techniques Tapping and Brainspotting, to produce a unique recipe for health, wellness and joy. Attaining this agency allows my clients to carry the benefits of our work together into their daily lives, to bring about meaningful and enduring change.

I specialize in working with ages 20+ on anxiety, overall health and wellbeing, relationship and communication issues, troubling attachment styles, depression, divorce (adults only), major life transitions, trauma, phobias, pain and women's issues.

The combination of Eastern Philosophy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, TTT, Qi Gong and Brainspotting with talk therapy gives clients the ability to address traumas stored in the body over the course of their lifetime. Assisting my clients in creating their own recipe for health, wellness, resilience and joy, gives each person agency over their own wellness.
