Hello, my name is Jennifer Delgadillo and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 5 years of experience helping clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorder, and helping them to heal from traumatic experiences. I work with the young adult population and teenagers. I am comfortable working with veterans. I use Cognitive Behavior therapy and have been trained in trauma, and Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT). I provide a holding environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their emotions and processing maladaptive behaviors.
My drive is to help others to achieve a life functioning by applying coping tools in day-to-day life stressors. As a family experience, I got attracted to help those that served our country and listen to their untold story, our veterans.
I collaborate with patients to create treatment goals based on clients' immediate needs that are realistic for them to achieve. During my first session, I let clients share their stories with comfortable details to build rapport.
