Life can be challenging from time to time. Counseling is one way to deal with the life stressors while learning and applying new tools to your toolbox. Therapy is individualized to the person I am working with; not through a one-size-fits-all approach. In 2011, I graduated with a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling & Case Management from Fort Valley State University. I have been in private practice for 12 years as a licensed professional counselor (LPC).

My focus is on chronic illness/chronic pain/disability, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, medical trauma, women's issues, and stress management. I work with adults through a humanistic/person-centered approach.
