Openings for new adult clients starting November 2024. Practice limited to ONLY tele-therapy and seeing adults clients who are ONLY seeking EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) uses the natural healing ability of your body to help a painful memories or trauma become less intense or neutral. This will be done using an application called RemotEMDR from the comfort of your own home. Remote EMDR uses the image of a colored ball going back and forth across the screen of your laptop or desktop. Studies and clients report similar efficacy as in- person EMDR.
