I work with adult individuals across demographics. Specialty areas include resolution of trauma, mood and anxiety issues, anger and stress management, conflict resolution, assertiveness skill-building, and evolving true Self. Techniques are all research-based, geared toward individual need, and highlight the restructuring of ineffective thought patterns.
Though my focus is on formal therapy and life coaching, I offer referral to medical and other professionals for coordination of care. Services can be offered on a sliding-fee scale with intent to make treatment affordable. The goal is for change to be accessible, meaningful, and enduring.
