I am experienced treating numerous diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, anger management, relationship issues, grief and loss, and racial identity. Treatment approaches I use are evidence-based and have been proven to help with various mental health disorder. This includes DBT, CBT, and EMDR.
