I use a variety of treatment modalities that tailor to your individual needs, including psychodynamic counsel, CBT, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices. I am also trained in trauma focused CBT and EMDR.
I have over 12 years of experience working with diverse populations suffering from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, and behavioral and stress related issues. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you to heal, reclaim control, and live joyfully.
