My practice and guiding orientation is a holistic approach, one that focuses on your mental, physical, and spiritual health. Every person is unique and I like to honor that by emphasizing your innate strengths and providing you with tools you need. I provide a safe place to share your hurts and to heal.
My passion is to see everyone live their best lives possible and realize their own self-worth. I work with people from all walks of life that see me for a variety of reasons. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, depression and ADHD. I draw from mindfulness, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapies to help you in whatever brings you to counseling.
