I use solution focused, humanistic, person centered approaches for therapy. I do also use DBT skills as well. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, addiction, and mood disorders.

I am a tactful communicate that speaks truth even when it can be difficult to hear, but I share these truths in order to heal and make positive changes.
