Welcome to Seasons Counseling and Wellness! I am Jennifer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward positive change. With 18 years of experience in the field, I have worked extensively with diverse populations, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, as well as mindfulness, polyvagal and attachment theory.
