I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. I love working with adults, teenagers, children, and families. I have experience helping patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar, autism and other developmental disabilities, OCD, ADHD, family concerns, parenting stress, career and academic concerns, as well as traumatic experiences. In addition, I have extensive experience in grief therapy during times of loss, such as in a time of death, divorce, and other significant life changes. I also enjoy working on goals of self-improvement, self-awareness, and compassion with my patients.
I completed my Internship at Baylor College of Medicine Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science in Houston, TX and obtained my Ph.D. from Texas Tech University in 2006. Although I have experience and enjoy working in a variety of areas, I specialize in anxiety disorders and child and family issues. I also offer ADHD evaluations.
I am so thankful to be living my passion for helping others. As a goal-oriented therapist, I strive to initiate healing, change, and most of all to find hope in each situation life throws at us.
