I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, struggle with anxiety, depression, burnout or undergoing life transitions. In my work with couples, I help strengthen connections and overcome "raw spots" within your relationship. I specialize in working with intercultural couples to help each partner better understand each other.
I work from a culturally curious, trauma informed & attachment focused lense that is rooted in social justice. I combine interventions from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), parts, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). In combination, these interventions help you process past events, while helping you learn how this impacts the present.
I provide my clients with a warm and safe environment that encourages reflection, a space to be curious about their experiences, and find strength within themselves to cope with life's unexpected moments and changes.
