As a therapist, I believe that it takes a tremendous amount of courage to reach out for support during difficult times and consider it a privilege to help people along their journey. For me, the most important part of the therapeutic process is the relationship between client and therapist, and I work to cultivate a nurturing and supportive therapeutic environment. Everyone wants to feel heard and understood and providing that is the basis of our work together.
I have a general mental health practice and work with clients to treat depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Of particular interest is helping women with postpartum depression and anxiety; women and couples struggling with fertility related issues; as well as grief and loss, particularly pregnancy and infant loss.
