I am enthusiastic about working with clients navigating the various challenges in their lives. I am passionate about working with individuals aged 16+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, or life transitions. My primary training experiences involve helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma in various clinical settings around Mesquite ISD. Prior to earning my master's in counseling, I also gained an abundance of experience working with children, teenagers, and parents in the private and public education system.
