Jenn believes everyone is unique and so there is no “cookie cutter” approach. Her person-centered style allows the client to establish goals and then together work as a “team” to attain growth. There is a wide array of adjustments in life such as leaving home, divorce, parenting, job unhappiness, marital strife, mid-life change, trauma, grief, and aging. Feeling a supportive presence through it all is key!
An avid athlete (soccer player) growing up, and current runner and Peleton spin biker, Jenn believes in balance between physical and mental health. As the Counseling Director at a private co-educational boarding school she has treated a diverse cultural, social, economic group with various stressors and learning dynamics.
