Our attitudes and beliefs impact our mood and lives. That's good news! It means we can learn to do things differently and become more resilient.

My areas of focus are working with trauma and depression and anxiety. Research shows it is possible to change our thinking patterns and relieve distressing symptoms using tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and EMDR, which is a specialized approach for trauma.
