This could be a very lonely feeling for anyone which can lead to more symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other life challenges. Being the flashlight in someone's life is my job. I like to make my clients feel seen, heard and validated! My ideal clients are adults, teens and children.
I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, premarital support, divorce recovery, and infertility. I also offer a lot of knowledge and expertise in bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. In-person and telehealth services available.
