I helped people navigate a variety of topics, including anxiety, codependency, substance abuse, relational issues, ADHD, gender/identity exploration, and religious trauma, among others. My ideal client is ready to explore, ask questions, and get to the root of things. They want to improve their relationship with themselves and others. They are an active participant in the therapeutic process and are willing to work with me to explore solutions.

I love to teach clients about skills and concepts that can improve their lives. I also enjoy asking questions and helping clients dig deeper to promote a greater understanding of self.
