While I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, I specialize in using EMDR to help clients to overcome the effects of trauma, whether "big T" trauma, like being in a car accident, or "little t" trauma, like being bullied. Traumas of all kinds affect how you see yourself and the world. EMDR can essentially help you reset your brain to factory specifications!
