As a former educator and school counselor, I have seen an increase in anxiety and depression among youth. Kids and teens are struggling to navigate social pressures, family roles, school expectations, and the wild world of social media. My ideal clients are school aged children, adolescents, and individuals undergoing life transitions. I enjoy working with kids/teens and their families to help foster positive development.

My goal is to create a space where clients can be authentic in a judgement free zone. Together, we can work on emotional regulation, social skills, self-esteem, familial challenges, trauma, healthy coping skills, and more to improve quality of life.
