My specialty is to empower individuals and couples to learn tools that will support them live productive and healthy lives. When treating a couple, it is important to work with each individual to learn about each others behavior.
Although it seems like the "buzz" word right now, mindfulness can help clients with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships and other mental and behavioral disorders. Learning how to connect mind and body can relieve stress. I enjoy working with clients with expressive therapy to learn other ways of communicating their needs and concerns.
