I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, life stressors, and women's issues. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University and earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University.

I use an eclectic approach to support my clients in recognizing their strengths as they navigate their journey toward achieving their personal goals. I utilize a collaborative, cognitive behavioral (CBT), mindfulness-based, and solutions-focused approach while being open to creative ways to best support them.
