As a licensed mental health counselor with a background in Art Therapy, I specialize in helping children, teens, young adults, and families in navigating a range of life experiences. I build a therapeutic relationship based on openness, trust, and safety to support my clients' emotional experiences. Collaboratively, we will work towards problem solving and fortifying relationships with others. I support my clients in building upon their innate resiliency and develop skills that they can utilize throughout their lives.

I utilize evidence-based practices alongside a client-centered approach to work collaboratively with my clients to build problem solving skills, understand and regulate emotions, improve relationships, and work towards self-identified goals.
