Welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor in the Seattle area. Issues I work with include life transitions, relationship dynamics, parenting, pregnancy and postpartum. Clients who come to me are motivated to learn more about themselves and to notice repeating patterns and dynamics in their life. The therapy frameworks I turn to most often include psychodynamic, existential and mindfulness approaches.
Therapy offers a place to both self-reflect and have a witness to your self-reflection. We will work together to better understand your story over time and to look in on yourself and your patterns with curiosity and compassion. Together we will develop any goals you may have for our time together.
