Hi, I'm Toli and I'm here to help you move through the stuck-points that have been holding you back! I specialize in trauma, grief, the LGBTQIA+ population and life transitions. In my work, my aim is always to empower and support each person as they explore their history, patterns and beliefs in session. Though we will absolutely do the important work of processing and healing, I also like to bring humor into session to help relieve the "heavy stuff."
