I work with individuals who are experiencing life challenges and are seeking to overcome them through meaningful personal growth. I support clients through compassionate self-reflection to identify patterns and behaviors that no longer serve them. Through this process, deep personal growth and greater self-awareness is possible. I emphasize each individual's unique personal strengths and values to help them find deeper meaning, ease, and joy in life. Struggle and challenge are inherent in life, building a deeper understanding of ones internal landscape allows us greater insight into how to move through suffering well.
I believe that all individuals are profoundly different and that the therapeutic experience should honor this. I utilize a collaborative, experiential, and integrative approach, taking the whole person into account throughout the counseling process. I often incorporate somatic work into session. I always meet clients with humor, warmth, and honesty.
