Childhood or complex trauma can keep you stuck in a feelings-state of shame, self-blame and depression, leaving you feeling isolated and hopeless. You are not and don't have to 'be' your trauma.
Therapy can help you give voice to your trauma, bring clarity to see all the parts that created your suffering, and explore ways to hold and move through your pain with compassion. In the safe space we co-create, we slow down, lean into “what happened” with gentle curiosity, and learn to anchor yourself in your body as we take steps towards transformation.
As a survivor of complex trauma, I know first-hand how scary it can be to open up the box that you had to keep closed in order to keep your life going.
