In my practice, I provide psychotherapy for people presenting with a wide variety of difficulties. I assist clients in investigating the history of their struggles as well as current contributing factors to create a plan for successful change. Using insight oriented psychotherapy, along with cognitive-behavioral approaches, I work with clients to empower them to change their own lives.
