I am so glad you are here, welcome. Life asks us to transition and change all the time. That could be going to college, graduating, a new job, loss and grief, new relationships or a new phase of life, such as motherhood. Change brings up worries, sadness and overwhelm and can leave us feeling alone. My goal is to offer you some hope, support and transformation in whatever life transition you are in.
I focus on the relationship between client and therapist, believing the relationship is a foundation of change. I integrate a number of therapeutic modalities to serve each client and practice with a warm and compassionate approach. My clinical focus and expertise is in the treatment of eating disorders, perinatal mood disorders, and trauma.
