Welcome and I'm glad you are here. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 13 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to working with individuals of all ages who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and general life stress. My passion lies in helping people navigate through their challenges and empowering them on a path to healing.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT) and Attachment Regulation and Competency (ARC). In addition to these evidence-based approaches, I also draw on mindfulness practices and self-compassion strategies.
