It may feel like a far-off fantasy to live a life where your values drive your decisions, your motivation leads you to your goals, and your self-compassion is your rock on the tough days.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help guide our conversations, to focus on your strengths and values and challenge the thoughts and behaviors that aren’t in alignment. After eight years working with high school and middle school students, I've learned that what truly matters is being heard and seen.
