I'm a psychotherapist experienced in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD and more. I help people better cope with distressing symptoms and stressful situations/events, such as trauma, grief & loss, life transitions. I work with clients to find strength, meaning, joy and relief while adjusting to challenges-- whether marriage, divorce, relocation, career change, any new role or phase in life. I work with individuals, couples & families to achieve greater peace, understanding & satisfaction in relationships, enhance parenting skills, stress & anger management skills, along with skills and strategies to improve self-esteem, self-care, emotional regulation, personal boundaries, mindfulness, and more.
I believe one's relationship with their therapist is paramount in determining outcome, and that achieving desired change is a collaborative process. I find this process most meaningful & effective when based on individual needs, strengths and preferences. I draw from a variety of approaches, including best-practice, evidence-based interventions.
