My name is Jenna and I am a licensed social worker, working towards my license in clinical social work. I am a recent graduate from Rutgers University with a clinical concentration and a certificate in Aging and Health. I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of populations spanning those with anxiety, autism, depression, and physical disabilities. I enjoy working with clients of all ages ranging from children to older adults. I also am an advocate of equal rights for all and have fought to defend those rights.
Therapy is not a one size fits all; that is why I use a variety of techniques such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy. I believe that building a strong therapeutic alliance will provide limitless opportunities to what we can unlock and accomplish together.
