I utilize techniques and philosophies that foster self-empowerment and self-awareness, which means understanding yourself better and paying attention to your internal world more than your external world. I use a variety of approaches depending on the client’s needs and what they find the most helpful.
I meet the client where they are at in the stages of change, and offer them a compassionate, non-judgmental place to be themselves. I respect my clients’ beliefs and culture the best of my ability. I also encourage them to step outside of their comfort zone and achieve a balance between self-acceptance vs self-improvement.
