I embrace a multitude of therapeutic outlooks such as cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care. Crisis intervention, psychoanalysis, and family systems theory are areas in which I specialize in. As therapy is not one size fits all, I am constantly on the forefront of learning new modalities for treatment.
