Therapeutic Support Group for Dementia Caregivers

Are you ready to become a more confident and empowered dementia caregiver? This virtual group is a combination of a psychoeducational and supportive space where we will learn and talk through the fundamentals of dementia caregiving, coping skills, how to navigate grief, communicate with loved ones, and explore a roadmap for finding & financing long-term services & supports. 8 online weekly sessions held from Thursday, January 9th until Thursday, February 27th from 6PM to 7:30PM. $75 per session (limited sliding scale availability).
