I am passionate about providing a safe space for young adults, individuals, and families as we work towards finding more harmony your relationships and connection with yourself.

I work with youth, teenagers, families, and individuals of all ages, genders, and orientations. It is my goal to create an inclusive space.
I have experience working with clients from a wide range of cultures and socio-economic backgrounds, including LGBTQ youth, families, and individuals. I bring over 6 years of training and experience based on a trauma informed care and positive youth development model founded on feminist approach to therapy. I have been practicing yoga for over ten years.
