I am working at LZ Behavioral Health in Meridian, ID. I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and working towards my certification. I specialize in working with adults, families/couples, and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and other life stressors. I offer court-ordered reintegration therapy services as well.
