This support group is for any woman walking thru the grief, heartbreak & trauma of infidelity, at any stage. This type of trauma is incredibly isolating b/c of the shame attached & it is hard to know what to think, feel, & do. Group members will gain a collective exhale from this isolating traumatic event, learn ways to communicate & take care of themselves thru this difficulty & hopefully walk away with a larger support system. This group is not limited to someone knowing "what they are going to do" & this is not a "bash my partner/ex" group, rather a support & learning.
